All Write is a Geneva Hub project that promotes journaling as an accessible mental health practice, within the Health & Wellbeing impact area.

What it is
Journaling is proven by studies to promote mental and physical health, even reducing instances of anxiety and depression (Riddell et al, 2020).

Impact & Accessibility
Despite its impact and accessibility, only 1 in 6 people journal regularly (Psychology Today, 2020). Main barriers are: carving out the time and focus, as well as feeling intimidated by writing/not knowing where to start.

Our goal
Our project aims to increase the adoption of journaling by tackling these barriers through a weekly journaling workshop, that is free and open to all, in both English and French.

How we do it
Each session starts by sharing basic journaling tips and introducing the week's theme & prompts, followed by individual writing time, and ended with an optional group exchange.
